Due to the custom-made nature of our press-on nails and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Each set is handmade and created specifically after your order is confirmed, making it ineligible for restocking or resale.

If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving a product that is 
damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist you efficiently, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation. Please note that we do not offer refunds on any orders.

Please note the following:

  • Minor variations in color, design, or placement are not considered defects, as each set is handmade.

  • We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect sizing or improper application.

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
